Dane Showcased Pet Pad Production Line at Global Pet Expo 2024
From March 20 to 22, 2024, Quanzhou Dane Machinery Co., Ltd. participated in Global Pet Expo 2024 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, USA. At Booth E15, Dane presented its puppy training pad and underpad production solutions to pet product brands, importers and distributors from the North American market.
High-Speed Pet Pad Production Solutions
Dane introduced a high-speed pet pad production line with speeds of up to 300 m/min and an effective working width of 60–90 cm. The line uses full-servo control for stable continuous production and can be configured with cutting, bagging and carton packing units according to different product specifications.
The exhibition also highlighted Dane's low-power fan system for fluff pulp and SAP handling, designed to improve absorbent core uniformity while reducing power consumption. Finished pad samples were displayed at the booth so visitors could directly review product structure, absorbency and surface quality.
Discussions Focused on Production and Automation
During the exhibition, customers discussed practical production requirements with Dane's sales and technical teams, including capacity, working width, changeover time, factory layout, fluff pulp/SAP/nonwoven compatibility, packaging automation, container loading and after-sales support.
Several visitors also expressed interest in quotations, machine trials and factory visits for further project evaluation.
