Dane Pet Pad Production Solutions at Zoomark International 2025
Quanzhou Dane Machinery participated in Zoomark International 2025 from May 5 to 7 at BolognaFiere in Bologna, Italy, presenting production solutions for puppy training pads and underpads to customers from Europe and other international markets.

Production Solutions Adapted to European Pet Pad Structures
At Zoomark, Dane focused on complete production-line solutions rather than individual machines.
The full-servo training pad and underpad line supports speeds of up to 300 m/min and an effective working width of 60–90 cm. According to product and packaging requirements, the line can be configured with multi-blade cutting, bag packaging and other downstream units.
One of the main technical topics at the exhibition was the tissue-free compacted core structure commonly used for underpads in the European market.
Instead of wrapping the fluff pulp and SAP core with tissue, the absorbent core is directly compacted and formed. Dane's line is adapted to this process to achieve more uniform core thickness and stable grammage while removing the tissue layer and its related processing step.
This led to detailed discussions with European customers about grammage tolerance, moisture fluctuation control and differences between raw-material batches. Dane's process and technical engineers discussed these points directly with visitors based on their required pad structures and production conditions.
Physical pad samples were also used to demonstrate absorbency, liquid retention, topsheet feel and the uniformity of the compacted core.
From Product Samples to Production Planning
The booth also presented customer production cases from India and Turkey, where Dane equipment is being used for large-scale training pad and underpad manufacturing.
These existing projects provided practical references for visitors evaluating new production capacity, product specifications and factory planning.
Discussions at the booth covered production speed, size range, product changeover, raw-material compatibility, downstream packaging, capacity ramp-up, delivery planning and container loading.
For brand owners, the team focused more on product specifications and flexible packaging configurations. Manufacturers and distributors planning new production capacity discussed line configuration, factory layout and production requirements in greater detail with Dane's engineers.
A number of visitors requested quotations and further technical information during the exhibition, while several customers also arranged factory visits and machine trials in China for more detailed project evaluation after the show.
