Size development is another part of the work. The line covers M through XXXL, and each size has its own waist opening, body proportions and absorbent-core dimensions. A larger size needs a coordinated product specification so the waist and absorbent body remain suited to the intended wearer. We work from your required size range to define the corresponding pants structure and manufacturing setup.

With a specified stable output of 600 pcs/min, the production focus is keeping pants formation, joining, cutting and folding coordinated throughout the run.
