Description
The absorbent core is central to the diaper a manufacturer wants to create. Our I-shape baby diaper production line brings pulp and SAP processing, core wrapping and layer assembly together to manufacture I-shaped disposable nappies in S through XL sizes.
Pulp distribution, SAP content and core dimensions all contribute to the finished product's structure and absorption characteristics. During product development, we consider how those materials form the core and how it is supported through the following stages. A core needs to retain its intended shape as it is wrapped, combined with the cover layers and carried towards cutting and folding.
This gives the process a clear sequence. The core is prepared and wrapped, the nonwoven and backsheet materials are brought together, and bonding and shaping complete the diaper body. We look at the transitions between those stages as part of the line configuration, because the material must pass through the whole process with the positioning required by the I-shaped design.
The machine is available in three speed configurations, with the high-speed version specifying stable production of 700 pcs/min. We match the capacity discussion with your nappy specification and material choices. For your production team, the useful result is a defined relationship between the diaper design, absorbent-core requirements and the running capacity selected for the project.
