    Description

    Our fully automatic adult diaper making machine integrates absorbent core forming, ADL application, leak cuff forming, elastic feeding and multi-layer bonding into one production line. We configure these sections around your diaper design, coordinating fluff pulp and SAP processing with the assembly of the surrounding layers.

    Independent servo unwinding and tension control keep materials feeding steadily through the machine. Online web guiding maintains material alignment as nonwoven fabrics, backing film and other layers reach their assembly positions. These controls help manage the larger material widths and layered structures involved in adult diaper production.

    Automatic material splicing allows roll changes without reducing production speed, while automatic splice waste removal keeps material joints out of the finished-product stream. Material-break detection stops the machine when a web breaks, allowing operators to resolve the interruption before restarting. The line has a specified production speed of 350 pcs/min and a stable operating speed of 300 pcs/min.

    Structure

    Diaper Production Process

    DanE's diaper making machines integrate absorbent core forming, layer lamination and product finishing into one continuous production line.
    Pulp crushing, vacuum forming, SAP metering and tissue wrapping prepare the absorbent core. ADL lamination, leak guard forming and elastic application are coordinated with the assembly of the core and backing materials. 
    The process then moves through shaping, cutting and servo folding, with defect rejection, counting and stacking completing the finished-product flow.
