Sanitary Napkin Machine

Sanitary Napkin Making Machine is designed for continuous production of disposable sanitary napkins, integrating fluff pulp grinding, SAP feeding, core forming, material lamination, cutting, and product transfer processes.
The machine adopts a tower-type frame structure with servo-controlled drive systems to ensure stable operation during high-speed production. Different drive configurations including full servo, semi servo, and frequency control systems are available to meet different production capacity requirements.

The production line supports multiple material feeding units with automatic splicing, tension control, and web guiding systems. Materials such as tissue, SAP paper, nonwoven fabric, PE film, ADL, and packaging film can be processed with accurate positioning and stable transportation. The core forming system uses servo-controlled pulp feeding and SAP dosing to maintain consistent absorbent core performance. Production parameters including speed, product size, thickness, and material quantity can be adjusted through the PLC touch screen system. 

Optional equipment such as automatic packaging machines, intelligent defect detection systems, safety doors, dust removal systems, and recycled pulp feeding devices can be integrated according to customer requirements.
